These cover this website and the free early-access programme. Separate terms will govern the paid service.

These terms were drafted to cover a free early-access waitlist and are not a substitute for advice from a solicitor. Before taking payment, before handling live customer data, and before the placeholders below are filled in, have this reviewed by someone qualified. The gaps marked in amber must be completed first.
1. Who these terms are with
This website and the FitForge early-access programme are operated by Raido77 Office & Building Refurbishments of REGISTERED ADDRESS (“we”). By using this website or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.
2. Early access is free, unfinished, and provided as is
- Early access costs nothing and no payment details are taken.
- FitForge is under active development. Features described on this website may change, be delayed, or not be built at all.
- There is no service level, no uptime commitment and no guarantee of availability during early access.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw early access at any time.
- You should not rely on early access as the sole record of any commercially important information, and you should keep your own copies.
3. Pricing shown on this website
Prices shown are the intended launch prices and are not an offer capable of acceptance. They exclude VAT. We will confirm the actual price before any charge is ever made, and we will not begin charging you without your express agreement. Where we have promised a founding-user rate, we will honour it for as long as that subscription runs continuously.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of everything you put into FitForge: your rates, estimates, customer records and documents. We claim no rights over them beyond what is needed to provide the service to you. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to put other people’s personal data into the service, for example your own customers’ contact details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or to another user’s data
- Run automated scanning or load-testing tools against the service without our written agreement
- Use the service to store unlawful material
- Resell or provide the service to a third party as though it were your own
Genuine, good-faith security research reported to security@r77fitforge.co.uk is welcome and is not a breach of this clause. See the security page.
6. Our intellectual property
The FitForge software, name, branding and the content of this website belong to us. You may use the service as intended; you may not copy, decompile or create a competing product from it.
7. Liability
FitForge is a tool that helps you calculate. It does not replace your commercial judgement. You remain responsible for checking your estimates and for the prices you quote and contract at.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and because early access is provided free of charge, we exclude all liability for loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the early-access service.
IMPORTANT: once you take payment, these exclusions must be revisited. Sole traders and small partnerships can count as consumers, and consumer contracts cannot exclude liability this broadly. Paid terms also need a 14-day cancellation right, a refund policy, and clear pre-contract information under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Suitability of the assemblies and rates
Any worked examples, assemblies or default figures in the software are estimating aids only. They are not structural, fire, acoustic or building-regulations design, and they do not certify that a specification is suitable for a particular use. Verify specifications with the manufacturer and a qualified designer.
9. Ending it
You can leave the waitlist or stop using early access at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We can end your access at any time during early access, and will give you reasonable notice and an export of your data where practical.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top will change, and if the change is material we will tell anyone on the waitlist by email.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
