No setup fee, no implementation project, no minimum term. If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying for it.
Prices below are the intended launch prices and may change before launch. Nothing is charged during early access.

Founding user rate
Join during early access and whatever you sign up at is what you pay, for as long as you keep the subscription. If the price goes up later, it does not go up for you. That is our side of the deal for putting up with software that is not finished.
The honest bit
What you are paying for, and when.

| What does early access cost? | Nothing. No card is taken. |
| When does billing start? | Not until the estimating workflow is complete and you have said you want to continue. We will not start charging automatically. |
| Is there a contract? | Monthly, cancel any time. No minimum term and no notice period. |
| Is VAT included? | No. Prices shown exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate. |
| What if I leave? | You can export your rates, customers and estimates as data files you can open elsewhere. We do not hold your pricing hostage. |
| What happens to my data? | Deleted on request, and in any case after the retention period in the privacy notice. |
Worth saying plainly
What we do not do.
We do not sell your rates
Your pricing is not pooled into a benchmark product, not sold to merchants, and not used to train anything. It is the most commercially sensitive data you have.
We do not charge to get your data out
Export is included at every tier. An estimating tool that makes leaving expensive is relying on the wrong thing to keep you.
We do not run an implementation project
No five-figure onboarding. If it needs a consultant to set up, it is too complicated for a firm that prices jobs between site visits.
